Dancing has always been a love of mine, though I've never had the time to fully pursue it. So when I heard this folktale, I knew I just had to turn it into a book.

According to the norms of American audiences, this one follows a more typical structure. Those who know me know I struggle to fit in with the ordinary. So I must admit, I had some help taming my wilder inklings in regards to how best to present this story.

Obtaining a translation into Hixkaryana was not easy. Consequently, I've again released two editions of this book with Brazilian Portuguese being the language common to both of them.
